Park N Parcel conducts deliveries from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm.
Yes, you will need to print out the label beforehand. We are fully automating the delivery process to make the tracking more accurate and less prone to errors.
Do note that our Parker Points will not be able to help to print, or provide packing materials.
Park N Parcel delivers locally, island-wide for eCommerce businesses of certain scales and product categories.
Park N Parcel does not deliver perishable food products and huge furniture.
Parcels can weigh up to 8kg, with total dimensions (L+B+H) not exceeding 100cm.
We will deliver within 4 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after the parcel is dropped off. E.g. Parcel dropped off on Monday, it will be delivered on Thursday.

For Sundays and PH holidays, do contact the store to check if they are opened.
Recipients/Buyers have 3 days to collect their parcel after it has been delivered. A reminder SMS will be sent out on the 2nd day to remind the recipient to pick up.
Parcels uncollected will be retrieved back to our warehouse, and the recipient will be alerted. An additional redelivery fee will apply. Option to do extension at $1.50 for 3 days may be offered on the 2nd day of the collection period. Parcels will be disposed off after 60 days.
Once the parcel is delivered to Parker Point, they will receive an SMS/Email to collect the parcel.
The recipient can show the SMS or email when collecting the parcel from the Parker Point. They may also quote the PNP tracking ID when collecting the parcel.
We reserve the rights to redirect your parcel to a nearby parker point to expedite your shipment when needed.
Parcels can weigh up to 8kg, with total dimensions (L+B+H) not exceeding 100cm.
Do note that our Parkers are allowed to reject your parcel, should it exceed the limit.
