How does Park N Parcel charge?

How does Park N Parcel deliver?

Park N Parcel conducts deliveries from Monday to Saturday, 10am to 10pm.

How do I check on my parcel status?
Do I have to print out a label?

Yes, you will need to print out the label beforehand. We are fully automating the delivery process to make the tracking more accurate and less prone to errors.

Do note that our Parker Points will not be able to help to print, or provide packing materials.

Where can Park N Parcel deliver to?

Park N Parcel delivers locally, island-wide for eCommerce businesses of certain scales and product categories.

What does Park N Parcel not deliver?

Park N Parcel does not deliver perishable food products and huge furniture.

What is the maximum weight/dimensions allowed for my parcel?

Parcels can weigh up to 8kg, with total dimensions (L+B+H) not exceeding 100cm.

Packaging Guidelines
How long does Parker Point delivery take?

We will deliver within 4 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday) after the parcel is dropped off. E.g. Parcel dropped off on Monday, it will be delivered on Thursday.

When can I drop off the parcels at Parker Points?

Depending on the operating hours of the retail stores. You may check for the details at https://www.parknparcel.com.sg/points-location

For Sundays and PH holidays, do contact the store to check if they are opened.

How many days is the recipient given to collect their parcel?

Recipients/Buyers have 3 days to collect their parcel after it has been delivered. A reminder SMS will be sent out on the 2nd day to remind the recipient to pick up.

What if it is not collected within 3 days?

Parcels uncollected will be retrieved back to our warehouse, and the recipient will be alerted. An additional redelivery fee will apply. Option to do extension at $1.50 for 3 days may be offered on the 2nd day of the collection period. Parcels will be disposed off after 60 days.

How will my buyer/recipient know to collect the parcel?

Once the parcel is delivered to Parker Point, they will receive an SMS/Email to collect the parcel.

How do I collect the parcel from the Parker Point as Buyer/Recipient?

The recipient can show the SMS or email when collecting the parcel from the Parker Point. They may also quote the PNP tracking ID when collecting the parcel.

Why was my selected Parker Point changed?

We reserve the rights to redirect your parcel to a nearby parker point to expedite your shipment when needed.

What is the maximum weight/dimensions allowed for my parcel?

Parcels can weigh up to 8kg, with total dimensions (L+B+H) not exceeding 100cm.

Do note that our Parkers are allowed to reject your parcel, should it exceed the limit.

Packaging Guidelines
The parcel is in good condition but the item received is damaged?

Contact us at our Facebook Messenger, 64286200 or [email protected] with details and proof of damage and we will investigate. We will not be liable for loss/damage of items due to poor packaging.

The items in the parcel are missing/ incorrect?
